Hi, I’m Ashley—a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) supporting teens, adults, and families through compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming care. With over 20 years of experience working with individuals with Autism and ADHD, I take a strengths-based approach tailored to each client’s unique needs.

I support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD-related challenges, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationships, burnout, and life transitions. Using empathy, creativity, and evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Together, we work to build resilience, confidence, emotional insight, and practical coping tools to support meaningful, lasting change.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation and would be honoured to support you on your journey.
